Sara's practice is concentrated on the defense of hospitals, physicians, nurses and other health care providers in a broad range of high exposure medical malpractice litigation and professional negligence claims. Such matters include those involving alleged obstetrical malpractice, wrongful death, lead exposure, products liability, failure to diagnose cancer and surgical complications. Sara's practice also includes counseling clients on matters of risk management, premises liability, insurance coverage issues, and investigations by the New York City and New York State Departments of Health.
Prior to joining the firm, Sara was an associate and partner at a prominent New York City medical malpractice defense firm. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, Sara received her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in 1999 and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2003. She is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey, as well as in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Sara resides in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey with her husband and three children.
