Thomas E. Lamb possesses diverse practice experience which includes a focus on the evaluation and defense of complex civil litigation. Tom has handled medical malpractice claims, admiralty and maritime claims, and various administrative claims before State and Federal trial and Appellate Courts. Tom’s meticulous method of preparation and investigation has served clients throughout his career and he continues to zealously represent the interests of clients in his practice today.
Tom graduated from Union College in Schenectady, New York, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Following his undergraduate studies, he graduated from Albany Law School of Union University, where he was a judicial extern clerk for the Honorable United States Magistrate Judge Joel Schneider and New York State Supreme Court Justice Michael Lynch; Senior Editor for the Albany Government Law Review; and an assistant to the General Electric Company's Global Operations Benefits' Counsel.
Tom is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and New Jersey, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of Connecticut, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the Unites States.
