Neil is a skilled and successful trial attorney specializing in medical malpractice and long-term care litigation who enjoys a wealth of experience with an unusually wide range of cases. Neil has taken defense verdicts in a multitude of medical malpractice cases with allegations ranging from brain damaged babies to severe adult neurologic deficits, and he is one of the few lawyers in New York State to have obtained defense verdicts in long-term care cases involving violations of Public Health Law Sec. 2801-d, as well as in long-term care cases in the state of New Jersey.
Neil has been admitted to practice in New York State as well as in Federal Court, in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
After graduating Brooklyn College with a B.A. (Cum Laude), Neil attended Pace University Law School, obtaining his Juris Doctorate (Cum Laude, Law Review). Prior to joining VLMM, Neil was a founding partner of another successful firm.
