Jeffrey S. Peske

 

Jeffrey Peske has been litigating professional liability and commercial matters since his admission to the New York State Bar in 2003.  He became a partner with McDonough Law, LLP in 2011.  In January of 2014 Jeff, along with the attorneys of McDonough Law, brought their practice group to VLMM.

Jeff’s areas of concentration for the past twenty years include defense of general liability claims representing property owners including, hospitals, medical practices, landlords and commercial tenants and defense of professional liability claims representing attorneys, physicians, architects, engineers, brokers and social services corporations as well as concentration in worksite accidents and commercial litigation.  His experience includes all aspects of civil litigation, mediation and arbitration.  He is also experienced in Appellate work in the First and Second Departments as well as Federal Court.

Born in Peekskill New York and a graduate of Hendrick Hudson High School, he received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in 2000 and his J.D. from Pace Law School in 2003.  He was admitted to the Connecticut and New York State bars in 2003.  He was admitted to the Southern and Eastern District Federal Courts in 2004.  Jeff has been a member of the panel of arbitrators for the City of New Rochelle.  Jeff also is a panel attorney for the Lawyer Referral Service sponsored by the Westchester County Bar Association.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Westchester County Bar Association.

Jeff lives in Briarcliff Manor, New York with his wife and daughter.
