Brian Meisner is an accomplished, well experienced and exceedingly successful trial attorney, having tried numerous cases to verdict in venues throughout New York State. He has similarly argued appeals in the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments victoriously. Brian specializes in vigorously representing physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers and other healthcare providers, and has litigated virtually every facet of medical malpractice claims against healthcare providers and facilities during his years of practice. Additionally, Brian represents other professional services providers, businesses and individuals in areas such as professional malpractice, construction/labor law, employment litigation, transportation, negligent security, dram shop and general liability litigation.
Brian earned his J.D. from The Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University, which he attended on an athletic scholarship. As a member of the varsity tennis team at St. John’s he earned several accolades for his academic and athletic performances from the Big East Conference and Intercollegiate Tennis Association. Brian still regularly competes in tournaments locally and nationally.
He is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Medical Defense Bar Association.
